
Design Shanghai is renowned as one of the world’s most prestigious international design events and Asia’s foremost design showcase. Continually pushing boundaries, it has played a pivotal role in shaping China’s dynamic design landscape. Design Shanghai 2025 recently concluded with great success, featuring four core sections: Furniture & Lighting, Kitchen, Bathroom & Systems Design, New Materials & Applications, and Living & Lifestyle. Together, these sections spotlighted over 600 expertly curated design pieces from more than 30 countries and regions, offering a glimpse into the latest trends and innovations in design.
The event also presented seven special curated features: TALENTS, Neooold, Re:Materialize, Made in JDZ, Beyond Craft Japan, Collectible Design & Art, and Materials First. Complementing these were three key forums — the KOHLER · Design Shanghai Global Design Conference, the Design for Wellbeing Conference, and the CMF Conference — where over 200 design visionaries gathered to share insights and spark dialogue.
The exhibition attracted more than 76,000 professional visitors, reaffirming its position as Asia’s leading international design event.
